Long story short my so had a few beers and we started messing around and he stuck both his thumbs in my backside and tried to move them apart for some stupid reason and hurt me something awful... Went to the bathroom and I was bleeding a good bit, but only when I wipe. I'm still bleeding this morning a small amount. Should I be worried?
