So about 2 years ago I was diagnosed with HSV1 and out of the two years I've only had two outbreaks (one each year). I've never had sex before and contracted it through someone giving me oral sex. When I'm ready to have penis-vagina sex should I let my partner know and if so how (it's embarrassing) or should I just use a condom since it only spreads through skin on skin contact? Please help!!!
