So I'm two days late and haven't taken a pregnancy test yet because this is normal. However, I'm fighting a cold and have taken Tylenol cold and flu severe to help with my congestion.  Is it safe? What I'm finding online is mixed reviews of the topic so I'm not sure. It's possible that I'm only days pregnant and now I'm worried :/
