I got my positive opk yesterday and glow says to have sex today to maximize my chances of pregnancy . My temp went up this morning so I've ov already, rite ?

You have 12-24 hours for your window! If your temp goes up I read it's over I think. But you can check your cervix position to. I just googled all of the natural ways to check. Like CM consistency & cervical position, and body temp. There's a lot of information to understand.  Good luck! I just use Glow as a back up. :)
