Okay so me and my fiancée have been together since I was 17. I'm now 20 and recently, I think January 1, we had sex and he came inside me without me knowing it. This week my lower abdomen has been feel a little tight. I'm not sure if this is a sign of pregnancy or not. We've always done the pull out method and I've had pregnancy scares but nothing happened. I feel like I could be but I'm not getting my hopes up.
