Sleep and pains

Hi I am 16+4 and have had trouble sleeping the last few weeks. I've slept with a pillow too. I also felt sick and had a few niggles when led on my right side. However, since I heard the heartbeat last Thursday I've been able to sleep on either side with no problems, pains or anything. Just wondered if anyone else had experienced like this?
