I am fearing the worst..

I'm at 5 weeks this morning and woke up to light pink blood on the toilet paper.. It began to be bright red with moderate cramps. I've only bled thru 2 pads, but my temps are still up at 98.8.. Idk what to think. Anyone been thru anything similar and end up carrying to term?
