What are some signs and symptoms your little ones are having if they're teething and what are you doing to help them?

My 3.5 month old boy woke up today with his first tooth popping thru on the bottom!!  What!

I think we have 2 or 3 coming at once. Drooling a little more. But fussier and rubbing her fingers on her gums and chewing on her finger.

She likes her finger, a cloth, or Sophie the giraffe. Isn't big on teething rings. If she's acting like they really hurt bad still, we give her a little Tylenol. Especially if this is before bed. She's handling it pretty well I think.
