Is age still seen as an issue?

I'm coming up on twenty and me and my amazing boyfriend who is also twenty, both decided together that we want to conceive or first baby. We are both in full time jobs with a good wage and looking soon for a house. But my question is, is age still an issue because even though I'm mature and I'm ready for this commitment a lot of my friends don't feel that way or have no similar plans and I fear people frown upon younger pregnancies, is this true? I mean it won't stop me but I feel there should be something done about the stigma I feel still surrounds pregnancy in younger women. Hope I'm not the only one feeling this!
