been taking expired prenatal vitamins
wow I am freaking out. I am 11 week today and just realized my prenatals vitamins expired 9/2015. I started taking them thanksgiving until now. now I am worried I didn't meet the nutritional values I needed for the critical period of development for my baby. do you guys think I will be ok? I just took my regular vitamins tonight just incase. I'm waiting for my new prenatals to come in the mail. I hope I didn't do any harm. I was totally unaware they have expired.
