Basal body temp vs. OPK LH surge

Jessica • Wed, Jan 13 • I'm Jessica and I'm 28 yrs old TTC my second child but the first with my husband. We had our fairytale wedding on 4/4/15 & have been TTC since our honeymoon with no luck.

This is so frustrating. I've been tracking my BBT for the last 2 cycles and this cycle my follicular phase has been consistent (staying in the 97.1 -97.5 range.) Today, Glow predicted the start of my fertile window and I took an OPK and it was already positive (2 equal lines) but when is my BBT supposed to jump?
