First trimester screening gender?

I have to have my first trimester screening on the 18th and I'll be 13 weeks. What can I expect and Has anyone had success at determining gender during their screening? I know it depends on genital tubercle and what not but I'm hoping they can tell me!

They said that it looked like a boy (which is what I thought from day one) and low and behold it was! I'm 24 weeks now and it's been confirmed 2/3 times now :)
