Anxiety

So much anxiety. I've been referred out of the fertility center to and OB. My first appointment with the OB is Friday for my 10 week ultrasound. I haven't met the doctor yet and they want to do a full physical as well. Which I've never liked. I want to ask them to schedule the physical for a different day, one where my husband doesn't need to witness all that extra stuff. Granted he's seen a lot already, but it's just giving me anxiety. Plus I haven't met this guy doctor yet and the first time he's going to just dive right in.

I always get so nervous before my appointmets. We've heard and seen the heartbeat at 6 and 8 weeks, and everything has looked great. I'm just freaking out.

Can anyone relate? Or tips for calming down?
