Medication for severe anemia??

Question

I've never been anemic in my life and after I was told that my blood work came back normal, I was told that I had to be on medication for it. I'm terrified. I go in on next Friday.

Im anemic. They make me take an iron pill twice a day with orange juice. The vitamin c in the o.j. helps you to absorb the iron. Try to eat more dark green veggies too. Like broccoli, spinach,  kale and I think evwn strawberries. Dont worry its something thats easily managed
