Prenatal vitamins?

So I wanna have a baby and kinda trying but not I see in my glow when I get in my page it asks if I too any prenatal vitamins today ..... I thought this was when u are pregnant you take them ....

You should take them when starting to try. Or take a regular women's multivitamin but ensure it had folic acid. Taking folic acid hugely reduces the chances of spinal issues like spina bifida...much of which starts being developed before a lot of women realize they are pregnant. My ob/gyn said she recommends pre-natal vitamins to child bearing age women often even if they are not trying, but maybe not "preventing "

You are meant to take them when trying to conceive and up until 12 weeks of pregnancy ... You might be able to take them through the rest of pregnancy I'm not sure I got told yesterday (implant out) to take them straight away until 12 weeks pregnant :-) good luck ttc x
