So I had my 6 week check up yesterday, everything's great and back to normal..but I am going through postpartum depression and my doctor put me on depression medicine..I was afraid if I told her the truth about how I was feeling that she would do that..so to any other moms who have been put on medicine for PPD.. Can you tell me if it actually helps?? I've never been on any type of medication and really don't want to have to rely on anything to keep myself sane tbh..
