Should I take a test?

I had sex and my period was light and lasted for a couple of days. I'm on the pill and it's always really heavy. Now I'm eating a lot or not eating at all cause I don't feel good. I just started having to pee a lot lately too. I didn't even think of it until just now. But I did just miss the pill about a week ago and realized it the next morning. Thoughts?

If you only missed one pill, and then realized and took it the next day, you should be good. Most pill brands will say that no backup contraception is needed if you miss 1-2 pills and then take them as soon as you remember. 3 or more you're advised to start a new pack and use backup for 7 days. Either way you gotta wait for your expected period to test.
