Whats this pain in my hips???

I missed my period. Now I am getting pain in my hips, its not cramping. Is this a symptom of pregnancy? Has anyone else experienced this before?

Answer

I had that weird pain before finding out that i am pregnant, i am guessing its the body preparing to be shifted, take a test if AF is late!
