I can't take it anymore.

My husband and I have been married for 1 year, together 4 years. Lately, every single thing he does pisses me off! He constantly has a smart ass attitude, he is very rude towards our daughter, all he ever wants to do is play video games, he constantly complains about my parents. I don't know why I'm noticing it all at once, but I am about to explode.

I don't know what to do. I tried talking to him about taking a break away from each other for awhile because all we ever do is fight and the stress isn't good for us or our daughter. But when I brought it up, he flipped out, threatened to take our daughter away and divorce me.

What am I supposed to do? I can not stay in the same house as him when all we do is constantly fight and pick at each other.
