Any advice would be so helpful!

Hey girls, I ovulated on the 11th of Jan according to this app, but while I was ovulating I was also having spotting (brown bleeding) take it as just normal though I'm not too sure I've never had that before, anyway at the start of my fertile week I had unprotected sex with my partner twice, and again the day/night of my ovulation day, after ovulation I had all this discharge brown/white/clear/milky (no smell) it's now been 3dpo and I've received spotting again! I'm not sure why or what's happening? Any advice would be so helpful!! Thanks! I'm 17! My partner is 18!
