Miscarriage

I'm 17 and I just had a miscarriage I didn't even know I was pregnant I thought I was I had all the symptoms and I was going to take a pregnancy test but literally the day after I was going to go get one I saw it and it felt like my normal period except it hurt so much more and then when I went to the bathroom I saw it and instantly knew there was so much blood and there was an odd looking clot but I knew it wasn't and I don't know why I'm so heartbroken because I couldn't have kept the baby anyways but I've been crying so much I'm so depressed. Any advice?
