Tattoos while pregnant??

Okay I was wondering if you could get a tattoo while pregnant it's nothing major it's just the picture below..???

And it isn't pretty hurts worse I was pregnant I didn't know I was and I swelled up bad I was in pain..
I told my tattoo artist and he kiddingly suggested I may be pregnant..
I honestly didn't think I was I found out yes I was and he now refuses to tattoo the rest till I'm done with everything.. 
And if you lie your just gonna hurt you and your child possibly no point in risking it really right?
