Baby fever, turned into fear?

So I've had baby fever for a very long time, and now that my husband has agreed we can ttc later this year...my baby fever has got me petrified! I'm not sure why, but now I'm just scared of everything that could go wrong...any advice from those who are already moms?

I feel the same way. I'm constantly worrying about every little thing, but I turn to scripture when I need to be reminded that it's all in God's hands! My favorite verses are Proverbs 3:5-6, Jeremiah 29:11 and Psalm 46:10

Not a mom, but dealing with the same thing! Don't think we are ready at all, but he does! Not sure if you're spiritual, but I just prayed about it and handed it to God! First, there are huge chances it will take a while for us to get preggo since I just came off birth control after 9 years! Second, if it does happen we have 9 months to prepare (hopefully) so that's pretty good planning time! I'll be keeping in touch so we can help each other through it!!!

Omg yes!!! My husband and I get bad baby fever!!! Thinking out names and what theme to put her or his room! What we would teach him or her of life and etc... But then it turns into what if he has special needs? What if I don't have that much money saved up to handle the special needs?! What if I loose it?! Can I handle it? What if my husband looses me and the baby or just me, can he handle it??? I know technology is so advanced now but they can't help deformity or DNA. I would love the baby of course, would never think to abort, but can I mentally and physically handle it??? Sorry had to vent lol in other words... I feel ya
