Is it normal to be able to feel baby, not just kicks?

I had my hand flat on my belly and gently pressed my palm down and felt a little lump in my belly under my hand and I swear it was wriggling and moved away from me, then came back. Is that her? Sorry for the totally stupid question - feel free to make fun of me if I'm overreacting, I totally deserve it. Haha. I'm just a FTM and am totally still worried something is wrong or is going to go wrong. I'm 24 weeks, 2 days with a precious baby girl.

It's in there :) so Yeh you can feel lumps and bumps if you poke around a bit a few more weeks and you'll know where the arms and legs are

Yep that's her alright, my little girl likes to stick a wee foot out time to time and when I feel it she moves it away. Sometimes I can feel where she's lying and feel her wee bottom and her back pressed against my tummy lol. It is sooooo beyond cute. She loves to lay on my left side the most that's where I always feel her. 😊👶🏻🎀

My baby girl loves to sit on my right side. I feel her all day. I'm 30w now and it's getting painful, but it's still amazing.

Lol this made me smile and laugh a little. There's nothing like being a ftm. Ugh sometimes I wish I could go back to that. Not knowing really anything and everything kind of being a mystery. Now it's just like yeah yeah yeah I know you don't have to tell me twice.

Hehe just wait till she is bigger in there and starts to do flips and turning around jn there its so so cool really does look like an alien in your belly one of my absolute favorite parts of pregnancy its so cool. Sometimes you will even be able to make out body parts i was able to see my daughter lil outline of her feet . Im 20 wks with #5 and it never stops amazing me

That's her! And no that is not a stupid question...just wait until you're a little farther along. My daughter tends to ball up at some point during the day and I can feel her roll around under my hand. I have a little gymnast in there haha

Yes! I'm 22 weeks, and since about 19 weeks, when she's pressed with her back to my belly, I can feel her head and down her whole back to her butt! It's fun...it's like I can "hold" her already :) It only gets more obvious the further along you get! You will know what every bump is! A knee, a hand, a little butt, you name it! I mean, if someone is carrying extra weight in their abdomen, they may not be able to as well, but otherwise, yes!
