1week late

I'm 1 week late and I've taken a test and it was a negative :( last time I was this late I was pregnant! But this time its saying I'm not have no idea what to do help!?

I would wait a couple more days and retest! Your test might not be very sensitive! If you don't get a period for a couple weeks I would call the dr! Especially if it's not normal for you to be late/miss a period.
