Tweak?! This is my 1st time taking a test..

Question

Please help! I think I may see a very faint Iine but I don't know. I think this may be a faulty test. I took this like 40 mins ago and nothing came up for a while, not even the control line and I just came back to it and saw this. 
PLEASE HELP!

If the control line didn't come up for a while, I would grab another test. However, this one looks negative to me. Any line that appears after the allotted time is considered invalid.

This is the same test, do you see the line now? But like I said and I you agreed its a  faulty test because it took a while for the control line to show up but could the because I didn't leave it in my urine stream long enough? I felt the test strip didn't look wet enough.
