I'm sure it's been said but I never realized how much it helps. I walk really slow pace but for 20 -30 minutes a day I'm 38 weeks. I just started this last week because I'm trying to encourage my baby to descend. In turn it really lowers my numbers giving me a broader spectrum of diet. It really does work lol. And I'm happier I can eat a bagel here and there. It's great. Tryping this as I'm on the treadmill. 😆
