7 days late and I have very light bleeding could it be AF?

I tested and I got a very faint positive could it just be a false positive? Did I get my period 7 days late I'm in bed super depressed help!! :(

Answer

I was 4 days late, had some symptoms but AF showed her face. I'm not sure if this is an early miscarriage, AF just showed late or I may still be pregnant.....so confused!
