Relationship question

Ladies am I over reacting (be honest) I just had gallbladder surgery this past Sunday I'm still in alot of pain from it. Well my son's dad my fiance too . Decided he was going to go to a off road event in Alabama. We're in ga. Knowing 1 we have no money his boss shorted his check 200$ also happens to be the guy he went with (he can afford a off road trip but can't pay my fiance smh ) and 2 the major one I'm not supposed to be lifting our son I'm not supposed to lift more than 5 lbs period till I see my doctor and our son is 23 .which means I've been doing all the taking care of him and lifting today. I'm in alot of pain ... what would yall do . I'm at a loss. He's such a great dad and fiance just doesn't make the right decisions at times but this time is serious
