Discouraged
So, I graduated high school this past year. I ran cross country and played basketball all through it. And now it's freezing cold in Michigan, so working out is super difficult. I weighed myself last night at 163 lbs where as this time last year I was 155lbs. I know it's not a big difference. But I see so much. I'm 5'9. And want to lose the extra weight so bad. Thinking of doing a cleanse.
Any thoughts? Encouraging words? Lol
