Smelly down south!
Hello I've read that many women are having this issue, so I wanted to give a heads up!
In our vagina there is a lot of bacteria, this is why is important to have our PH balanced, how do we keep it balanced? with proper eating habits, our stomach produces the good bacteria that goes there, if we don't eat healthy and balanced it's not gonna be healthy down there either.
Eat natural yogurt it has the good bacteria we need, don't exceed on anything dairy, meats, sweets, drugs, alcohol, etc!
Washing it and washing it won't really help that much in the long run because it's coming from your inside, and if you do this a lot you wash the good bacteria too, and it'll continue being bad.
Healthy is always a good option, no need to stop ourselves from feeling confident, when we are our solution as well 😉
