alcohol per week, on average?" /> I've been with my partner for over three years, and am madly in love with him but over the years his drinking has got worse. 
So just want a reality check to see if I have been persuading myself that it isn't as bad as it is. Thank you

I'm a bartender/server and I come home cook dinner and have a glass of wine or two a night most likely. My husband never really drank and it kinda bothered me thinking why do u feel the need. Now my husband has a job where he has to constantly deal with people, (customer service)...I've noticed him come home and get a beer and a whisky sipper, beer almost every night whisky was the last two nights lol. Dealing with people is stressful haha

My bf might drink 1 or 2 beers every other week. I will usually have 1 drink every couple of days.

We are social drinkers and have to be in the mood to drink. He used to drink a lot more but now doesn't drink except maybe once or twice per month.

We live in Cali so we really love a good bottle of wine (not right now ☺️) we visit vinyards two times a year and buy 4-6bottles that we really enjoy. Then my husband also likes craft beer and bourbon so he'll maybe have one glass once or twice a week. We enjoy our favorites but rarely get drunk and now he drinks even less since we found out I'm preggers.

When I first got with my husband, he was drinking almost every day of the week. When we got pregnant he slowed way down to maybe once a week. Now he will drink three to four day a week but he isn't getting trashed! That's the difference. He will drink like six or seven beers to relax, but not drunk. He stays away frome hard liquor, so that's good. I don't drink that often, maybe 3 drinks a year.lol

My partner and i drank every day when i wasnt pregnant it wasnt a lot, then when we decided to try for baby number 2 we stopped drinking although fell with baby number 2 the first month of coming off the pill. I am now 29 weeks pregnant and partner still drinks most days just purely to relax a little bit as he works 12 hour days 6 days a week. Now christmas is over he drinks probably weekends only or if he has had a particularly bad day at work. I wouldnt worry too much unless its affecting homelife. X

We barely touch the stuff. We have a fridge filled with beer, mead, and cider... I have one bottle of red wine from two Christmases ago! We drink to celebrate or relax... Clearly we don't need to relax very often! Haha! 👍🏼

He used to drink quite a bit. I made him stop, it started arguments and he wasn't very nice to me. He is now attending AA meetings.

Rare to never we had a drink new year and Christmas none since 
Before that was early December my friend came a visit for a few days 
 October around my birthday and being on holiday
August his birthday 
June because we had a tough week

Usually 1-2 bottles of wine each when we do but can take it or leave it
