A drunk 20 year old had sex with a sober 15 year old. They had been "dating" for two weeks as on IMing, going out to dinner, that's stuff so the town is pretty convinced he knew her age.

The next morning she went to the hospital and said he raped her, and got the whole invasive procedure done.

He is now claiming he was raped because he was drunk.

And she shouldn't have been dressed so provocatively if she didn't want to have sex or dance with him, or get a ride home from him or continue to text him till she had the procedure done.

Now in my back water little town more than likely he will be found guilty.

Assuming there is not more to the story, who would you deem guilty?

I'd like to know different sides and if you could help me that would be great.

This is a new case and groundbreaking for our little town that a woman could be called a rapist.
