I had a d &c exactly a week ago. For the past 48 hours I have felt extremely lethargic and fatigued. I have also been bleeding a ton and passing large blood clots. I go through 2 pads in 3 hours. I called my doc and she said as long as I'm not feeling dizzy, I should wait to go in on Tues. My biggest fear and that I have an infection. I'm cramping and it feels extremely heavy below. I also feel some pulling and shooting pains from my belly button down to my vagina. My vagina feels like an off an on throbbing pain. Has anyone experienced this? I'm not sure if I need to go to the ER.
