Video circulating on Facebook

There is a video circulating on Facebook called "People Try Heroine For The First Time." it's a video that is supposed to be a spoof off of a lot of buzzfeed videos that go around. My question is: if you've seen it, do you think it's funny/appropriate/sarcastic? Or do you see it as inappropriate and hurtful? Personally, I find it extremely tasteless and disturbing that people would think making something like that is funny. But many comments on the video said it was harmless, it was a stab at trying to be funny, etc. What are your opinions?
