Pregnant and drinking/smoking

For the women who still drink or smoke while pregnant, do your partners have a say? Are they ok with it? Do they tell u no but u do it regardless because ur the one carrying baby? Was just thinking how I see so many women on here defending their drinking/smoking and it made me stop n think I wonder if the father of the baby gets a say in the health of the woman while she's pregnant?
