Dreams of pregnancy

So yesterday morning I dreamt of my mom telling me that she was pregnant. I was so mad and telling her what happened to being a grandma. Your too old. Lol and that I was the one who should be pregnant. And that I might be. Well turns out she had a dream of me that same morning that I was telling her I was pregnant. Isn't this weird?? And weeks before that she keeps having dreams of a baby boy. I told her maybe she was seeing mine and my husbands angel baby. We lost our baby in July 2014/due to mc and I have a feeling it was a boy. We recently started TTC again in October. God willing I get my BFP. AF due on Tuesday. What do you think? I have not told any of my family that we are TTC.
