Ectopic then Miscarriage

We first had an ectopic last August. Found out we were pregnant in November. We had our 6 week and saw the heartbeat and everything. Everything was great until our 10 week appointment the dr told us the baby stopped growing at 7 weeks 3 days.. So afraid to try again and go through another one ..
