How can I help my husband be more involved in this pregnancy? I feel so alone and scared but I don't actually know how to change that..

Have him do things!!! Like cook a meal because u r tired... take a bath together and have him touch ur belly and talk to the baby... read some articles together. Spend a few hours looking thru names and meanings...

I just over share with my husband with first he wasn't or didn't seem into it. I told him everything made him rub my belly but I think he was so nervous or scared bout becoming a dad that he just seemed not involved. Second pregnancy he was much more involved and third he is bragging to the world. Talk to him bout how he feels bout it n share everything. Tell him hey feel this or look at this. Or the funniest thing happened today. He will come around. My husband cried his eyes out when I delivered our first baby. They r just scared.
