How to make my eyebrows grow back quicker ?

Question

I have a terrible habit of pulling out my eyebrows and eyelashes .. No idea why but I definitely 100% try not to and have recently been good with not doing it.

Just wondering if there's any home remedies or anything else to help them grow back quicker? It's been months and they are growing just not as quick as I need them too! (They look shocking and for someone who has very low self esteem and anxiety, it's driving me insane)

Massage your brows and make sure you brush them, it stimulates growth. There's also eyebrow gel you can get that's supposed to help the hair grow back. Didn't work for me but give it a try!

There's actually a medical condition called Trichotillomania which is where a person feels compelled to pull out their hair out. Go see a doctor about it. I'm not sure how to make it grow back quicker, but I hope this helps!

Try putting Vaseline where you want the hairs to grow! Don't put it on eyelashes tho x
