I've been doing homecare for over 12 years and never experienced this. I do private duty nursing first shift my patient is 89 we love each other. Now there's a lady that comes second shift that's very nasty and disrespectful to the patient so I pulled her aside and told her that's not how it goes and to never curse at a patient. These past weeks i've noticed that every time I log she go behind me and writes negative things, saying im not doing things rite, saying im lying about the patient fall when there was another nurse there to witness this. I have found so many notes she writes to the head nurse about me and there all lies idk what her problem is and thank goodness the head nurse know she's lying but she wont stop. Im so pissed because she told her to fire me 😱wtf for what idk and dont care im ready to go off on her ass today but im not trying to go there so first thing Monday morning I'm reporting her fast either she goes or i go😒 what do you think i should do? Im so mad i can't even think straight. What would you do?
