Scary cramps!!

I am 11w4d today and I woke up this morning with some cramping. Didn't feel awful until I went to the restroom. When I started to pee the cramps got worse. Any kind of pushing I do makes the cramps worse. I'm hoping it's nothing bad. Everything has been so smooth so far except for the nausea. I have my first ultrasound tomorrow just hoping everything is ok. Any opinions of what you ladies think it might be or what could be causing it would be greatly appreciated.
