Teen mom on the rise?

I've seen so many people here who are under the age of 20 with multiple kids or on their second pregnancy, I know some don't have a choice but some are well aware of the precautions to not fall pregnant. Do you think we as a society are becoming more lenient to teen pregnancy? Has it become a norm?
