Ladies help me out here

My hair has been falling like crazy!!! What are you girls doing to help stop it? I need something I feel like I'm going to go bald with the amount of hair I've been losing! I hate it because my son always has hair in his hands because of me now and he's at the stage where he likes to have his hands in his mouth so I'm always checking his hands for my hair 😫 let me know what you girls are doing to help the hair loss
