Lanolin free alternatives

Pregnant with our second child and getting our hospital bags ready and upon searching lists on Pinterest came across a list talking about nipple cream and what lanolin really is, ok I had NO idea that it is a byproduct of wool production. I am allergic to wool, and now my previous Breast feeding experience with my first child makes a lot more sense, my nipples never seemed to heal or improve when I used lanolin last time and I just thought o well this is as good as it's going to get. So I'm completely shocked and never really looked at any other products besides clothes with or without wool in them. So now I'm going to inform my dr because I also developed a horrible painful itchy rash after I delivered our first child and now I'm wondering what else I could have come into contact with during delivery and recovery that is didnt even think about while delivering. So anyway long story short of anyone has some good suggestions for lanolin alternatives I'd greatly appreciate it!
