Second round!

So this is my second round on clomid. I believe I ovulated on January 7 - I didn't confirm with a stick but I could feel it. Ever since then my nipples were sensitive and now they're swollen and my entire boob is so tender and hurts near my arm pit. I don't remember this happening last month. My nipples were sensitive but not like this....my af is due around the 22nd but I caved and tested today...( photo attached) do you think that the sore boobs are only a side effect!! Any info would help!
