Very sick with flu

Hey Ladies, just looking for adivce.

So I caught a stomach bug from my son and have been throwing up and having diarrhea since 6 this morning. I can keep anything down. Water or chicken broth and if I move around too much it makes me sick as well. I tried a warm shower but threw up after I was done with that too. My concern is becoming dehydrated and my baby needs nutrients and I'm not giving that to him right now. Do I go to the ER or just wait until tomorrow for my checkup and continue trying to force myself to eat and drink.
