!!! Skin pic - maybe be disturbing !!!!

I suffer from hidradenitis supperativa- a skin abscess condition- but I don't know what this is . It's not the typical lump I see . Does anyone know what this is ? (The green looking thing) the other discolored skin is due to surgeries and drainage of the abscesses .
