Anyone get checked at 36 weeks?

Question

Going in tomorrow for my 36 week appointment and I'm curious to see if any of you got checked at 36 weeks for dilation/effacement? If you did, what was your progression, if at all?

I'm planning on getting checked, but I don't really have any expectations for any progress. Randomly tonight though, I've been feeling lots of pressure down low, and when my little one got hiccups a little while ago I literally felt them in my butt, LOL. So we'll see!

Update: I'm closed! Baby is head down though, so I'm excited about that! It sounds crazy, but I can't wait to give birth again!! Can't wait to start encouraging labor... My mom gets here in exactly a week, so once she arrives it's game on 👌🏼👍🏼

I go tomorrow for my 36 week appointment. Last week we got the strep b test done and I'm kind of nervous to hear the results. Haven't heard anything from ob about checking for dialation/effacement so we will find out in the morning

I was checked at me appointment at 35+5. Not dilated get, but baby is pretty low!

Update!! I am about 1 cm baby head down cervix is still hard and closed. Measuring 1 week ahead 😃

My next appointment is at 36+4 and my doctor will be doing my first cervix check then. Interested to see what he finds 😊
