Does anyone else have PMDD?

I was recently diagnosed with PMDD, and I also have GAD.. I was wondering if it affects your relationships, and how you cope with it.

Answer

Don't have PMDD, but I do have GAD. All I can say about GAD is that medication helps when the anxiety is overwhelming. Just be careful not to overexcite yourself about a situation with people, have too much caffeine, or exhert yourself too much as it can aggravate symptoms. Other than that, as long as people aren't being overly nasty/mean you should be fine.
